Services Offered
Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from their GP may be eligible for Medicare rebates for psychology sessions.
Psychological support is available for NDIS participants whose plans include therapeutic supports. Services are available for self-managed and plan-managed participants.
If you have been injured in a transport accident, psychological treatment may be covered through TAC. A claim number and approval may be required before starting sessions.
Clients with extras cover for psychology may be able to claim a rebate through their private health insurer, depending on their level of cover.
Please provide at least 48 hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the standard session fee, along with cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% of the total fee.

Seda Balikel is a registered Psychologist with AHPRA and a full member of the AAPi. With experience in private practice, educational psychology, vocational psychology, occupational rehabilitation and the NDIS, Seda has helped children, adolescents and adults improve their quality of life and mental well-being. She creates a warm, supportive space for clients to address mental health challenges. Using a personalised approach, Seda tailors therapy to meet each individual’s needs and support lasting change.
